The Lem Casadei hotel is accessible to all, thanks to ramps at the entrance and to the dining room; you can move freely in the large spaces of the dining room and bar; in the lobby you’ll also find a convenient bathroom equipped so you don’t have to go up to your room all the time.
The wide elevator leads to the 4 newly renovated rooms, which have no steps and are equipped with grab bars, a walk-in shower stall and a hand shower in the bathroom. Alarm bells in the bathrooms and a new fire alarm system complete with calm space and ventilation allow for a peaceful vacation in all respects.
The bathing establishments of Cervia’s beaches have, for ten years already, been paying special attention to the disabled and proposing in the tourist offer an improved service for those with special needs. The project “A lifeguard for a friend,” in 2014 has been used so far by 1,200 disabled people, of which about 50% have requested the assistance of the Physioequip, which provides 4 professional operators for 1 hour a day to support disabled people and their families. Operational from June until the end of August, daily (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.-1 p.m.
If the disability exceeds 74%, you can apply for the White Tourist Card at the Cervia IAT Offices. It is issued immediately and is valid until 31.12 of the current year. The Card is free of charge and entitles you to economic benefits (discounts/rebates), and allows access to special services at facilities that have joined the project. Required documents: disability certificate, passport photo and ID.
For those who have a disability of 80 percent or more, there is a tax exemption for both the disabled person and the accompanying person by presenting the two INPS certificates.
The Cervia city line is served by buses equipped with a mechanical platform.

The service is free of charge and operational from June until the end of August, every day (except Saturday and Sunday) from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm/13.00 pm. About 100 meters from the hotel are 2 bathing establishments with special equipment and quality certification.

at very small prices.
You can also continue medical treatment, sports and physical therapy, either at the Cervia Spa or by having massages directly at the Hotel.
