Hotel regulations

1. THE REGULATIONS OF THE HOTEL LEM CASADEI

1.1 The Regulations of the accommodation “Hotel Lem Casadei” in Cervia, Viale De Amicis 5/7 is established to guarantee to all a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It is contractual in nature between “Hotel Lem Casadei” and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay at the Hotel and the acceptance of such request by “Hotel Lem Casadei” implies full acceptance of these Regulations.

1.2 Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations and the further provisions of the Directorate shall result in the removal of the offender from the Facility and the related reporting of the fact to all national and international tourism organizations, unless also reported to the Public Authorities in the event that the failure to comply may possibly suggest the commission of a crime.

1.2 All specific directions on signs placed in the Hotel area must be followed.

1.3 Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly and severally responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the ‘Hotel and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the proper use of the bathrooms, which cannot be considered places of play or hangout, and the equipment made available by the Facility to its Guests. Any activity that may disturb other Guests is prohibited. All rules of these contract regulations must be observed in general.

1.4 Conduct by both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any transgression of the rules of these regulations and of the common rules of civil coexistence and good behavior of the Hotel will result, according to the judgment contractually delegated to the Management, in the immediate termination of the contract for the Guest’s actions and removal from the Hotel within 5 hours from the notification of the facts. In such a case, the Management of the Hotel is entitled to retain the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damages ascertained.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1 Upon arrival, guests must hand in their documents at the reception desk. The choice and designation of the place is at the total discretion of the Hotel Management.

2.2 Minors unaccompanied by persons of age will be accepted only if they have a release form signed by their parents (or legal guardian), with their contact telephone number and a copy of their ID.

2.3 The Management, as provided by the current laws of the Republic of Italy, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the regulations or behaves in a way that creates harm or disturbance.

2.4 Hotel rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry. We had to change the schedule to allow for a complete sanitization of all rooms due to Covid19, we apologize for the inconvenience but we believe that the health of our guests comes first.

3. WATER

3.1 Water is a precious commodity for every community. The use of water for improper purposes is strictly prohibited. Use is permitted for primary uses only (personal hygiene, etc.). Guests in the facility will take care to avoid all forms of waste.

4. CARS-MOTORCYCLES-MOPEDS AND VARIOUS VEHICLES.

4.1 Motorcycles and cars must stop in the reserved parking area. The customer as soon as he/she arrives will ask the Management where to park and the Management will give directions.

5 DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS

5.1 Dogs, cats and other pets are allowed in the facility, subject to prior notice and agreement. They are not allowed in the dining room and common areas inside the hotel.

6. MEALS

6.1 Meals are taken in the dining room.It is at the discretion of the hotel to make exceptions and use the garden space.

7 RECEPTION AND CHECKOUT

7.1. Il conto deve essere richiesto e saldato il giorno prima della partenza, in caso necessiti la fattura i dati vanno comunicati al momento del check-in.

7.2. La Reception/Cassa effettua l’orario 09,00/17,00. Sono accettate Carte di Credito (vedi elenco) e il sistema Bancomat, contanti e assegni

8. INTERNET POINT.

8.1 The hotel offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy INTERNET Free Wi Fi service available in common areas.

9. DEPARTURES

9.1 On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. and the keys of the rooms must be handed over at the Front Desk to the assigned staff who will check what has been given for use (please give notice of any breakages, etc.).

9.2 The bill must be requested and settled the day before departure (Article 7.1 of the Regulations).

10. USE OF HOTEL FACILITIES ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

10.1 Guests may use the hotel’s services by the maximum room release time, i.e. by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

10.2 At the sole discretion of the management, customers may be granted full or partial use of hotel services (parking, common areas…) even after 10.00 am on the day of departure. In the case of obtaining the above-mentioned concession, customers are obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations until the time of departure.

11. MEDICAL – INFECTIOUS DISEASES

11.1 The telephone numbers of the medical and emergency services are contained in the list of useful numbers and can be obtained from the Front Desk.

11.2 – Any infectious disease must be promptly reported to Management.

12. RATES

12.1 Rates are per day regardless of the time of entry.

13. CLEANING

13.1 – Garbage must be collected in the collection bags located in the rooms and room bathrooms. It is not permitted to leave garbage or anything else in the common areas.

13.2 – The change of linen provided (sheets and towels) is done every three days, while room cleaning is done daily. Should the Guest wish to request a daily change or afternoon cleaning, an additional charge of € 10.00 per day will be applied.

14. RESPONSIBILITY’

14.1 Hotel Management shall not be liable for the loss of guests’ items and/or valuables (each Guest shall be responsible for the diligent safekeeping of his/her belongings in his/her room safe).

15. DEPOSIT, BALANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

15.1 In stays up to 3 days, full payment is required prior to arrival at the Hotel. For reservations longer than 3 days, a deposit of 300.00 euros will be required, to be sent by bank transfer or credit card, in the manner provided by Management. Management reserves the right to change said amount depending on the period of stay.

15.2 The balance of what is due must be paid by the day before check-out or certain days in advance of the day of arrival depending on the periods and conditions of reservation and stay. The method of the balance of what is due is to be agreed on the day of arrival.

15.3 For cancellations, the entire deposit will be charged and/or, if the booking conditions require payment of the full amount with certain days in advance, the entire amount scheduled for the stay will be charged.

16. SILENCE, ORDER, DEMEANOR AND BEHAVIOR WITHIN THE HOTEL

16.1 During the hours 1:00-3:00 p.m. and 11:00-7:00 p.m., any noise that may disturb guests’ rest, including a loud tone of voice, is prohibited. The use of radio and television is allowed in moderation and, in any case, in absolute compliance with the hours of silence.

16.2 The use in the Hotel rooms of electric and/or electronic musical instruments, the iron, or camp stoves is prohibited.

16.3 Decent attire that respects the sensibilities and modesty of others is required inside the Hotel.

16.4. Non è consentito calpestare aiuole o danneggiare piante e fiori.

16.5. Non è consentito entrare in settori riservati al personale dell’Hotel.

16.6 Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas of the Hotel.

16.7 Papers and garbage may not be thrown out of the designated bins.

16.8 No weapons, knives, sticks or instruments considered blunt may be entered.

16.9 The Management, as provided by the current laws of the Republic of Italy, has the right to expel without notice anyone who fails to comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way that creates harm or disturbance.

16.10 The Hotel Staff is obliged to enforce the Regulations against anyone. Each Customer in the very act of accepting hospitality in the Hotel also contractually agrees to submit to the Authority of said personnel, who are in turn obliged, however, to respect at all times the Laws of the Italian Republic and the commonly accepted principles of our culture of courtesy and good manners.

17. DAMAGE AND THEFT

17.1 Those who cause damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc., will be held legally responsible within the framework of current regulations. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Upon departure, the facility staff will conduct an inspection of the rooms and the cost of replacing any damage or loss of keys will be charged and will be payable upon check out.

18. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS

18.1 Management reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time, which will be viewable in the rooms and published on the Hotel’s website.
