DESCRIPTION:Canoeing is one of the most original and adventurous\, but at the same time it is suitable for the whole family.\nThe calm waters of the Cervia canals make this excursion pleasant and relaxing. Starting from the Canale del Pino\, known as the Canalino di Milano Marittima\, on board a canoe together with our guides we will discover the Cervia Salt Pan. We will cross the canal until we reach the Salt Pan. Along the way\, our guide will illustrate the different animal and plant species living in this area\, and will tell us about the curiosities linked to the production of Cervia’s Sweet Salt of yesterday and today. SUMMARY:Sunset in the salt pan
DESCRIPTION:Sunset in the salt pan is a very beautiful walkroute in one of the most striking moment of the day.\nAn evocative excursion in Cervia saltpan\, to discover an uncontaminated and magical environment. \nOn board a very simple electric boat with wooden benches\, we sail along Cervia saltpan surrounding canal to reach its heart.\nAccompanied by an environmental guide we can walk along the banks\, enveloped by the warm colours of the sunset. \nEvery season offers pleasant surprises. \nSpring nature trail\nOnce we reach the heart of the Cervia Salt Pan\, we can go down for a sunset walk.\nAlong the banks\, the guides of the Visitor Centre illustrate the typical flora and plants of this saline environment. \nAnd we\, equipped with binoculars\, can admire the landscape and the life moments of the animals living in this nature oasis. \nIn spring\, it is easy to observe the birds hatching\, courtship\, care of the young and nest defence techniques. \nProductive route in summer and autumn\nOn the boat trip to the heart of the saltpan\, we have to stoop to pass under a small brick bridge. \nWe will discover the productive saltpan\, we will discover why Cervia salt is called sweet.\nWe will be able to observe the silt\, the artemia salina which favours the pink colour of the flamingos and taste the Salicornia which grows on the banks. \nWrapped in the warm colours of the sunset\, it will be an experience to remember. \n  \nAny curiosities?\nThe excursion by electric boat takes place along the Cervia Salt Pan’s surrounding canal.
