In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will not be returned/changed. The room is available to guests from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be kindly vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The board price will then start from lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. The full board price is applied for periods NOT less than three days. “A la carte” prices (room price + meal prices) are applied for periods of less than three days.
Arrivals at different times should be arranged with management at the time of booking.
Should the Customer be delayed in occupying the room (late arrival), he/she shall notify the hotelier who, in such case, is obliged to keep the room available by charging the Customer the price of the room for the days of non-occupancy. Late occupancy does not entitle the customer, unless special arrangements have been made, to extend the stay beyond the time limit established in the reservation. If the reserved room is not occupied by the Client (non-arrival), without notice from the Client, by 6:00 p.m. on the day of expected arrival, the room is considered vacant and the reservation cancelled.
